As well as being inspected by OFSTED for educational standards, Church of England schools like Bloxham are also inspected by their local Diocese - in our case Oxford.
The purpose of SIAMS (Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools) is to assess the school both from an educational and spiritual standpoint. It also looks at how effective the distinctive Christian values of the school are at promoting children's wellbeing and emotional development.
We were last inspected in March 2017 and the inspector found our school to be Outstanding – the same grading that we were given in 2012. Both reports are available for download via the links above.
