Perimeters and Pansies
4WC really is a fantastic class!! Kitty and the other ECO Rangers have introduced the Plastic Pledge and nearly all of the children in the class are now using reusable pots instead of plastic bags at lunchtime. (see newsletter)
Some children went off to dance at the Warriner School this week and then came back to teach the rest of the class some Bollywood moves. Well done to all!
In Maths, we have been measuring perimeter as well as working out time intervals. Ouch! We all need to keep practising our analogue and ditigal time telling!
In English, we have been innovating ready for writing our own funny stories next week. We have enjoyed the David Walliams story, although it is a bit crazy!
We are all very proud of our Art this week - vase of flowers in watercolours. The children have really embraced the idea of not having to have an outline to colour in.
Superstars this week were Amber and Joe. Star of the week was Tom for his brilliant reading and fabulous writing plan- looking forward to the story now, Tom.
