It's been a fun week in Year 3. We have been exploring some poetry and have been learning about rhythm, rhyme, syllables, alliteration and imagery.

In Maths we have been measuring perimeter and learning about angles, relating a quarter turn to a right angle. We have been searching all over the school for acute and obtuse angles.

In Art this week we used our string block prints to make some fabulous repeated prints in the style of William Morris. Our display by the photocopier is now looking great!

Last week of swimming for 3W next week - remember all of your kit, please!

Our Superstars, Olivia and Tom have done a good job this week- thank you. Top Banana was Amelia for being a respectful and thoughtful member of the class.
