A big thank you to Mrs Bletchly who kindly took every one of 3WH down to the pond for dipping. We all saw some great crested newts and some of us caught one in our nets. Only Mrs Bletchly has 'a licence to handle' as they are a protected spieces.

We enjoyed watching some of our brothers and sisters in Sports Day on Wednesday and the good weather has seen us do more of our learning outside. Please remember to have a sun hat in school every day!

In Maths, we have been revisiting Time and what a time we have had! Miss Deacon ran a great lesson to consolidate on Thursday out on the playground with chalk.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the lovely Mr Holmes who gives up his time to read with Yeaar 3s twice a week. The children all adore his books, stories and games. They adore him too - such a gentle and kind person.

Superstars this week were Ethan and Will. Top Banana was Florrie for fabulous Maths and Paul Cezanne style painting. Have a great weekend and watch out for that burning sun! cool
