Measuring and Giants
We have had a very exciting and interesting first week back in 2O!
The children began imitating Jack and the Beanstalk and as part of this learning, we wrote some questions JUST in case a giant came to visit us.
Lo and behold, Friday came and who arrived? Only the giant from Jack and the Beanstalk's nephew! He was the smallest giant in the world and he was also a vegetarian so we were all very safe!
We have been practical in our maths lessons this week and have been learning about measurment. This has been a very enjoyable topic.
It was a pleasure to see all the children take part in the Cross Country on Tuesday. Congratulations to everybody and especially to Sofia who came 3rd overall and to Ivy who placed in 5th!
