In our Music learning this week, we have been learning a new song about a life cycle. It is about the life cycle of a caterpillar. We looked at pictures of caterpillar eggs, caterpillars, chrysalises and butterflies to help with our understanding of the song. We played the rhythm of the song using drums, tambourines, Boom Whackers, cow bells, chime bars and wood instruments. We enjoyed it 100% (says Calum!) and hope we're continuing this learning in Music next week.

In RE this week, we started thinking about whether it was always easy for Jesus to show friendship. We listened to and discussed the story of Zacchaeus the tax collector. We then worked in groups of four to create our own frieze frames to show the story. It was good fun - take a look at our frieze frames!
