This week in our class we have been learning about line graphs and pictograms in our maths. We know the differences between the pictograms and line graphs.

In Literacy we have looking at explanation texts and how to make them. We all had very unique and great ideas. Some of us even got to type ours up on the new laptops!

Miss Jobbins did some drama with 4O and 4J. We all had lots of fun. We got in groups and had to act out little scenarios and made them our own. I think we have some good talent in Year 4!

In RE we have been taught by Mrs Paxton. We have been learning about Seder plates. We have looked at all the foods on a Seder plate and what all the foods represent. On Wednesday we all made Charoset, which is a Jewish food that goes on the Seder plate. It contained apple, grape juice, sugar and cinnamon.

This week in art we have been learning about a famous graffiti artist named Banksy. We have been creating stencils of our first and second names. We have been trying to become Banksy ourselves!

In our geography lessons we have been looking at rivers and maps. We have be looking at the co-ordinates and trying to work out where the rivers are. We were also looking at the journey of a river and how it works.
