Year 3 were kindly invited to visit St Mary's church this week. Thank you to Dale, who kindly gave up his day off to spend time showing the children around, answering their questions and allowing us to explore. The children wrote some fabulous recount of their visit afterwards. Thank you also to Diane Thompson, who also made the trip possible and informative.

This week, we were also lucky enough to have Will's mum and Ava's nanny in to help us with our sewing. We have all mastered pinning and over stitching, as well as having the experience of watching a machnist at work. Thank you to both of you for giving up your time.

In Maths, we have been practising ordering and adding fractions. Yes, we are mastering this tricky area of maths now!

We enjoyed the Hit session with the whole school this week and now know why we MUST have a PE kit in school every day!!

Superstars this week were Jesse and Rebecca. Top Banana was Katya for her fabulous writing, maths and attitude towards all of her learning. smiley
